All Homes must be owner-occupied. Rental homes available as a new applicant

Criminal, Credit Background Checks and References required for the safety of all residents

No pets to stay out of home - we follow the County and City Leash laws

The home must be maintained including skirting, porches, steps, stairs and storage buildings. Subject to a fine.

Nuisance Fee will apply for noise, disruption following City laws

Driveway is provided to each lot, cars parked in other lots will be fined or removed

No Parking on street after dark.

Other rules including lot rents are shown on contract with owner
Playground Green Space
Each lot is surrounded by green grass and mature oak trees for comfortable living and a beautiful atmosphere.
Green space with a wide turnaround loop, mature oak trees, walking trails, pet walking, and play located at the back of the neighborhood.
Mail Kiosk
A convenient Mail Kiosk with locks is provided for each lot for mail and packages.
